So who's applying? As a huge fan of the show, I think it's fate for me to go on the show . This will be my first time being able to apply for the show (go figure that they lower the age right when I turn 18, last season), and I'll be 19 by the time the shows taping. 19th season, I'm 19...get it? But I finally got myself to the post office and am going to fill out the application tomorrow since we need proof that we're in the process of getting one, and I'm also filming my audition tape tomorrow! I already filled out the application today, and I'm thinking that it could potentially be good enough to get me to the top 800 where I know I'll excell in the personal interview...I'm just worried about the tape. I don't want to do anything over-the-top or cheesy, something simple. That way they can see that I'm funny, intresting, and all that stuff without a gimic...but then again I've always had high hope when it comes to auditioning the show. But wish me luck!

So how do you apply to be on the show? Im trying to get my mom to apply for it. You go to the CBS site, print out the application, and then read the requirements. You need to have a passport, or proof that you're in the process of getting one, a 2x2 picture (like a passport size one), and make a 3 minute video tape or DVD!

For Apllicants it will be hard to get on the show because the casting directors are recruting often people for the show. In Fiji everyone exept Gary was recruited (Maybe the reason why Fiji sucked)

Awesome!Good luck Steph! BB is more my thing to apply for, and then I'll try for TAR or Survivor and be a Reality Ho. [Not kidding, i've wanted to do all the shows so I would use my reality star status to apply for others LOL. ] Also, I would make some very entertaining TV or confessionals on a show like I Love New York [i've been told before]...but I really don't want to vy for the love of someone like her, as amazing as I think she is.

Tips: Don't say you're a super fan. They hate that. Just casual say that you've seen the show and want to get on. Also, don't mention the online message boards. They don't like that either.
I think you have a good shot if they really like you. Last season about half actually applied to be on because they wanted to be. Don't get discourage if they don't call you back for Survivor 19. Most times they will review older applications and then call people for an upcoming season. That's how Ken got on.
